Museum of Ice Cream NYC

Museum of Ice Cream (MOIC) NYC features 3 stories of multi-sensory installation. Located in NYC SOHO, MOIC NYC features a retail store, multiple interactive installation as well as the famous sprinkle pool and a 3 story slide.

Entrance into the exhibits. The center shows the 3 story slide and the left and right entry and exit ways are highlighted with overhead way finder. All arch ways were custom fabricated to maintain the brand guidelines.

First interactive Room in the Museum. This room showcase a “floating table” with a variety of replica snacks. This room also features custom snacks for the guests as they are provided of a story of the museum. This room is free flowing and features a custom wallpaper by renowned graphic/interior design company She She.

Over 1000 bananas make up this room with custom MOIC colors. Each hung with flexible cords that allows guests to feel as if they are walking through a jungle of bananas.

Oversized ice cream scoops. This room provides an array of “photo moments” for guests to interact with these sculptures.

Interactive piano that plays custom noises to facilitate creativity through sounds. Participants are encouraged to work as a team to create music through sounds. Keys also light up with back lit led. Color in this image is representative of the brand (MOIC) color.

A transitional space between the third floor and the basement. This rainbow tunnel features an arched hallway featuring all of MOIC colors. Each arches get smaller and smaller to create a forced perspective to elongate the hallway for a better “photo moment”

Way finder using LED flex lights that replicates the MOIC logo to provide direction for the guests.

This room is designed to feature the new MOIC ice cream flavor, Queen Bee. This room is to replicate the inside of a beehive with flex led lining the coved walls. Thrones are custom designed with translucent wings, for guests to dress up as “Queen Bees”. There is also a custom ice cream bar to serve the featured ice cream.
